16mm Ballnut Accessories
These are extra items that you could need in combination with the 16mm Ballscrews. The bearingblocks can be used to build lineair motion modules. Futher an item like the m10x0,75 nut is needed for each spindel. Also the wrench you will need to be able to tighten the nut.

16mm Ballnuts Variant 1A
A very compact and simple type of ballnut. Please not there is no way to keep dust out. So your machines needs something else to protect spindel from dust. Often the Variant 2 is the better choice. We use this nut only when space is tight.

This is the type of ballnut we like to use in our own projects. Due to the rectangular shape its easy to mount. further its possible to mount wipers to keep dust out of the ballnut.

16mm Ballnuts Variant 3
The Variant 3 ballnut is a tricky one. As a client you need to keep in mind that you need the mountingblocks Spannblock 1 or 2 to mount it in. Or you could make your own. Anyway without the block there is no pretension on the nut and thus it cant be used. The nice thing is that you can also mount wipers in this nut to keep dirt out further its the only ballnut available in all pitches...

What is offered is just the bare ballscrew. No end machining included. When ordering take into account that above 1.5 meters shipping is difficult and more expensive than what is quoted on the website. The maximum length is 3meters, but that would need to be picked up at our shop.

16mm CNC End Machining
We can do the end machining of ballscrew since we have a CNC lathe in our shop.
The best option is to go for the 2 Sided ISEL standard CNC machining. The spindel wil then fit into all the parts bearing etc we sell.
Its also possible to have a custom spindel made. The price give assumes m10x0,75mm thread is used and the maximum machining length is 70mm. For other machining the price can alter...

16mm LS Module Bellow
A very high quality bellow, to keep dirt and chips away from the ballscrew and linearslides. The ratio from stretched to compressed is about 1 to 10. So 10 meters stretched give 1m compacted. The inserts are made from PVC and can be connected to the CNC milled parts, connection holes are already there...

25mm Ballnut Accessories

For the 25mm Ballscrew system ISEL only has the Variant 3 type of nut. It needs to be used in combination with the MountingBlocks. Since these provide the pre tension on the system. 5mm/10mm and 20mm pitch is available, use the higher pitches for longer spindels, this will allow the rpm of the spindel to be less as the same feedrate...

NEMA 34 Mount
We have designed this mount for mounting NEMA 34 steppermotors to many of our retrofit kits. Its used in the kit for the BF30 and BF46 but also in the kit for our lathe D240x500.
