DCNC TR Anti Backlash Nut
This is a Damen CNC developed product. The problem with most trapezium nuts is that they have backlash. This design incorporates a feature which allows the backlash to be tuned out using a split nut with metric fine thread. The backlash is therefore adjustable. Its an item we don't often use, since we prefer ISEL. But ISEL skips from 16mm to 25mm. This 20mm ballscrew will work in some situations where either 16mm ISEL is too small and the 25mm too large. For example we use it in the X axis of our BF30 retrofit kit.

Shaft Coupler Zero Backlash ADS
These are very high quality servo backlash couplings. They can take up very high torque and have zero backlash. WormGearbox
When using a rack and pinion system or a very high pitch ballscrew, sometimes you need a gear reduction with a higher ratio then you can easily achieve with a belt reduction. A worm gearbox can then be a good solution.
For example our AC servo system can do 3000 RPM, if using a module 2 rack and pinion system and a 10 tooth gear one rotation of the wheel will already give 75mm movement...
