Its an item we don't often use, since we prefer ISEL. But ISEL skips from 16mm to 25mm. This 20mm ballscrew will work in some situations where either 16mm ISEL is too small and the 25mm too large. For example we use it in the X axis of our BF30 retrofit kit.
