This mounting plate can be used to mount a TeknoMotor high speed milling motor easily to a CNC machine, for example a DCNC-Router, or other machines based on 40x160 aluminium profiles. We use it specifically for the 40x160L aluminium profile, but it can also be used in other situations. The aluminium profile has to have the 40mm pitch system. This product was initially designed to fit the Teknomotor C31/40, C41/47 and C51/60 models, but the design has been updated several times. Currently we are selling version 4 of the design, and this design includes mounting holes for a very wide range of TeknoMotor milling motors. We have also added some mounting holes so an AMB (Kress) Mounting Block, our part number 1068, can be mounted.
Component features:
- CNC milled from 15mm thick Tooling Plate (perfectly flat base plate)
- Designed for use on the aluminum 40x160 profile (2185)
- Also suitable for mounting on a DCNC-Router Z-axis modules (4228,4229,4230)
