AT5 Pulley 36-AT5 Z=24 Bore=Ø18mm for 25mm wide belts

Over the years we have tested many beldrive systems. For many years we have worked with XL037, because it's very common in CNC machines. The problem is that there is always a backlash between belts and pulleys. Later we started experimenting with AT5 belts and pulleys in our own products. We have seen/tested that AT5 has very low backlash and is much more suitable for the applications that we are in. What we offer here is the widest belt that is common, which is the 25mm wide belt version. These belts are lined with steel reinforcements, this means they are also much more stiff. For motion control this is very important. We see this belt being used with NEMA34 and NEMA42 stepper motors, and also with 400W and 750W servo systems.

This timing belt pulley is pre-machined so that the BK61 8x18mm conical clamping bushes fit perfectly. This makes it very easy to mount on a stepper motor with a 8mm diameter shaft. Or on a 40x40 Delta servo motor that also has a 8mm diameter shaft as standard.
