We have a DMG lathe in our workshop which can be used for machining the ends of the ballscrews, for example to fit the bearings or shaft couplers. We can perform a number of standard operations cost-effectively, including the BK/FK 20 Ballscrew End Machining Fixed Side. We will machine one end of the spindle to fit into the BK 20 and FK 20 Fixed Ballscrew Support Unit. For larger series, the price per operation will greatly improve.
