When using HIWIN carriages in a dirty of very dusty environment, HIWIN offers a sealkit, such that the carriage is better protected against dust and chips. The sealkit works on all HG type of carriages. It needs to be purchased a seperate item and mounted to the carriage. Note: there are different sealkits for short carriages (SA/SC), standard carriages (CA/CC) and for long carriages (HA/HC). The sealkit presented here is compatible with the short carriage.
Component features:
- Optimum dust protection
- For metalworking or other application where chips could get into the seals
- The additional top seal prevents the ingress of dirt via the top of the rail

The optimized bottom seal protects against the ingres of dirt of the rail flank

The optimized scraper also protects against dirt particles >0,2mm in diameter and prevents damage to the end seal
