HSK-A40 MR 16 x 100H Toolholder + Balanced Nut

Very high quality tool holders from the Swiss brand Rego-Fix. We use these tool holders for our ATC milling motors with an HSKA-40 holder. These holders are balanced to 90,000rpm. To utilize the full potential of your milling motor, we recommend toolholders and collets from Rego-Fix; quality really makes the difference here. We have these tool holders available in stock for collet size MR16. The Rego-fix micRuncollets have an incredible runout TIR which leads to a total system runout TIR of =3 µm.

For robotics or 5 axis machining, this version with a longer gauge length can be interesting. The gauge length of 100mm, puts the tool 40mm further out than the standard models, which have a 60mm gauge length. This can be an advantage for robotics and 5 axis milling, when doing complex machining strategies, where you need to avoid collision with work holding and the machine table, and of course the products itself.
