Timing Belt Gearbox i 1:1 DIY-set for DCNC Router Z-axis Ballscrew

This timing belt gearbox with a 1 to 1 ratio, was designed for a specific client, when we had an issue fitting a NEMA 34 stepper motor. The space just was not available in their machines to fit it lengthwise like we normally do. So we designed and tested this angular gearbox, to fit their machines. This solution has since been improved and standardized, to the point where we find it good enough to sell in our online shop. We use only the highest quality components. The base is CNC machined, and then anodized. The AT-5 pulleys we use are 25mm width, which are extremely strong and durable. To mount them on the shaft of the LSM module, but also on the stepper motor, we use a BK61 clamping system. Which has the advantage that it's easy to mount, but also later to remove or adjust. Which is not the case with many other systems like grub screws for keyways. The gearbox has been designed, such that it could later be used with other ratios. So for example it also fits a 36 tooth pulley. The standard pulley is 24 tooth. So besides a standard 1:1 ratio, a custom 1 to 1.5 ratio could be made.
