The CS-D507E can power 2-phase NEMA23 Leadshine stepper motors with incremental encoders. Compared to traditional open loop stepper systems, a CS-D507E adopted closed loop stepper system can eliminate potential loss of step, make real-time position error correction and do not need torque reservation. Also it can power the driven stepper motor with reduced heating, lower noise and less vibration.
Component features:
- Step & Direction (PUL/DIR) or CW/CCW (double pulse) control
- Supply voltage: 20-50VDC
- Output current: 0.5-7.0A
- 5V / 24V control signal voltage setting by DIP switch, default is 24V
- Max pulse input frequency: 500kHz (5V control signal) or 200kHz (24V control signal)
- 15 microstep settings of 200-51.200 via software or 800-51.200 via DIP switches
- Optically isolated inputs
- Fault output and Brake output
- Over-voltage and over-current protections, position following error, etc.
- Compatible with ES series
- Enhanced performance, especially at low speed applications (<60rpm)
- CE certified and RoHS compliant
