Electronic Cylinder ISO15552-B50-S50-P16-Geared-Anti Rotation-IP20-IP40

An electronic cylinder with a connection interface in accordance with ISO 15552. The type we offer here has a 50mm bore.The piston rod extension is controlled by a system with a hardened ballscrew and recirculating ball screw nut. The type we offer here has a 5mm pitch. In this 50mm bore size we can make a pitch of 5mm, 10mm and 16mm. The cylinders can be custom made to your requested dimensions. This particular model has a 50mm stroke, but also this can be customized to your wishes. To be able to use accessoires like hinges, it's better you use the gearted model like we offer it here. The gear ratio is 1 to 1, and the gearbox allows you to mount the hinge on the bottom of it. When you use the inline models, there is no possibility to mount the hinges on the stepper or servo motor,so in that case only a center hinge is possible. The type we offer here has an built in, anti rotation system. Which means the M16 thread is not free to rotate (like it is on a pneumatic cylinder), for many applications this is handy, but also this can be customized to your choice. The degree of protection can be IP20-40 or IP55-65. We offer it here with IP20-40. The electronic cylinders can be customized to fit your servo or stepper motors of choice. The type we offer here has a 60x60 servo flange, and allows you to mount standard 60x60 servomotors with a 14mm shaft diameter. We have also made other custom cylinders, where the flanges is made for a NEMA34 steppermotors or 80x80 servo. A fully custom solution is possible. Contact us for an offer in that case. It is also important to know that we always really do calculations to properly size these electronics cylinders together with the drive system. The fact that it has a 60x60 flange does not mean that you can install every 60x60 servomotor. For this type with a 16mm pitch we recommend a maximum torque of 1,27Nm. We then have a nominal force of approximately 490 Newtons. (approximately 45.8kg pushing force)
